About Push Play Push Play is a nationwide campaign to get more New Zealanders, more active and more often. Sport Wellington programmes, services and staff all promote the Push Play message: 30 minutes of moderate physical activity for adults, and 60 minutes for children, on most days of the week will help put the bounce back in your life and help improve your health.
There are many ways of Pushing Play in the Wellington region, whether it be through Green Prescription, Active Families, Healthy Lifestyle Classes, Sport Wellington Region Round the Bays fun run, participating in sport, or even getting out and going for a walk around Wellington's fantastic scenery. Push Play in Kapiti Sport Wellington - Kapiti are running a competition for you to send in a photo of you pushing play in some way. There are sport prizes to be awarded for creativity in being active in sport and physical activity. Check out the flyer for more information.
