Consultation

Sport Wellington has completed its consultation phase for KiwiSport and the Wellington Regional Partnership Fund Plan.  The community consultations were held in two phases. Phase one sought to identify the regional issues and priorities regarding 5 - 18 year olds participating in sport. Phase two saw the development of a straw-man plan that identified key priorities, requirements and considerations.

Further open consultations across the region were held and the public were invited to put forward submissions on the plan. We would like to acknowledge all the participants and respondents who took the time to be a part of the KiwiSport consultation and initiative. The Wellington KiwiSport Regional Partnership Fund Plan has now been approved by SPARC and on-line applications for funding are now open.

Sport Wellington is able to bring KiwiSport to you with the assistance of The Community Trust of Wellington.
