CoachForce

CoachForce is a national programme delivered regionally for developing coaches and how they coach at all levels of sport.

The CoachForce programme focuses on:

Recruiting and inducting coaches
Coaching coaches - offering them development and support
Providing opportunities for coaches to coach
Giving coaches appropriate recognition for their work
Retaining coaches by ensuring they have positive and enjoyable coaching experiences
