CoachCorp

A Sport Volunteer Programme For Company Employees

CoachCorp develops relationships between the business sector and community sport to get more people involved in sport and physical activity.  Companies that are part of the CoachCorp programme contribute to community sport by allowing participating employees flexi time to be coaches, managers and officials in school and club sport.

How does it work?

Once the employee signs up with CoachCorp the National Sports Organisation or Regional Sports Trust work with the appropriate employees to obtain suitable placement with a school or sports club.  The employer allows the employee 2 to 4 hours per week flexi time for the duration of the season which is generally 10-14 weeks long.

The Benefits for Companies
